Delivery & Collection

There’s a lot to think about when moving, and at Rentacrate we try to alleviate some of your headaches with our crate delivery and collection service.

Next working day delivery is standard on all orders placed before 3pm on the previous working day (Mainland UK)

Deliveries and Collections take place between the hours of 08:00hrs - 17:00hrs Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Normally, our deliveries will be done in the morning (8.00 – 12.00) and collections in the afternoon (12.00 – 17.00).

Special delivery options

We have several special delivery options (some of them you won’t find anywhere else!)

• Same day/emergency delivery
• Timed delivery (e.g. if you need the crates on Wednesday at 9am)
• Weekend delivery

In house delivery team

Deliveries are made via our fleet of liveried vehicles with our own team of experienced drivers and porters, who are uniformed.

Inclusive Porterage Service

We will deliver your crates to the exact location you need them within your building through our inclusive porterage service.

Customer pick up & drop off:

For your convenience we are also able to offer a Pick Up and Drop Off service from all of our 7 Service Centres throughout the UK.

When ordering online, click the pick up option during the checkout process, then you will be asked to select which location you’d like to collect from.

Please allow a minimum of 30 minutes after you’ve placed your order before picking up.

Our pick up locations are as follows:

Bristol, Sunderland, Livingston, Manchester, Birmingham, London (East), London (West)

Pick Up & Drop Off Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 - 17:30

Please Note: Our Service Centres are closed on weekends.
