Crate rental with Rentacrate is simple. Follow our easy online ordering process to reserve the number and types of crates you require for your business move. Add to your order any accessories you may need such as bubble wrap, labels or seals or any manual handling equipment (trolleys, skates or roll cages). If you’re unsure of what exactly you’ll need for your project, our crate calculator tool is a great starting point. Just type in the number of staff to be moved and our calculator recommends the number and types of products that you will need. Our calculator has been developed from our 20+ year’s experience of supplying professional commercial movers, so it should be broadly accurate for most businesses. However, please refine and amend our recommendations in line with your specific circumstances.

Don’t forget that for specialist moves, such as library moves you can hire our book mover crates, lidded metre crates and library trolleys. Our Customer Services team are on hand to give advice on our products and which are best suited to your project.

Next, you tell us where you need the crates delivered to and collected from, and when you’ll need them. If during your project you need to extend your rental period, our Customer Services team can arrange this for you. Please contact us no later than one day prior to your collection date and we’ll be happy to help.

Your rental crates are delivered to your specified location. Deliveries are normally made in the morning (08.30 – 12.00). Crates will arrive with you clean, dry and ready to pack. If required, upon delivery, our porters can move your crates to the exact location within your building that you need to use them.

Wrap and pack your office items away in your crates using accessories such as bubble wrap or hard backed screen protectors for additional protection. Our lidded crates may be sealed for security with our strong plastic security seals. Label each crate with sticky coloured labels to help you identify each crate’s contents during your move.

When your move is complete and you’ve unpacked everything, we’ll come to collect your empty crates. Our customers have the option to pick up/drop off their rental orders from any of our nationwide service centres. Crate rental with Rentacrate – for smooth office moves.
